CSOFT’s President and CEO, Shunee Yee, published an article in ClientSide News on customer service and surviving the downward economy
In spite of the downward economy and in spite of the slashed budgets and lost jobs that are afflicting no small number of previously healthy companies everywhere, at CSOFT we have been fortunate enough to experience considerable organic growth in 2009. This isn’t intended as a provocation to those who have struggled in the past couple of years. Rather, my intention is to say, there’s hope out there. We’re in this mess too, but we’re surviving—and so can you.
