Our US-based accountant will be apart of our team in our newly opened Boston office. A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, talented, and positive individual who is responsible for accounting matters, including monthly reporting, compliance and the application of accounting policies for activity for CSOFT’s entities. It will require working in a fast-growing company that recently launched its new life science industry service website, this position gives the individual the opportunity to shape financial reporting policies and procedures as an integral function within the organisation.

Overview of Key Responsibilities:

  • Banking: Supporting our Boston office, maintaining and updating legal documents, and maintaining relationship with our different financial institutions
  • Book-keeping and FinanceManaging company’s financial records, managing weekly reconciliations, processing account payable and receivables, and recording financial transactions
  • Tax preparation (preferred): Ensuring all the company’s transactions are efficiently organized and ready for tax filing
  • Payroll: Managing payroll and collecting/entering payroll data into appropriate applications for compliance with regulatory requirements for employees across the country


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-year min. of relevant experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • MS Office experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience with accounts payable, bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Previous experience with full cycle accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, recording payments, and deposits
  • Familiarity and experience with bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Knowledge using bookkeeping programs
  • Skilled with numbers and knowledge in double entry bookkeeping
  • 1+ years of tax experience in Massachusetts

  • Trustworthy when handling confidential materials
  • Eager to be a team player
  • International experience, particularly in China is a plus!
  • Experience working within IT industry is preferred
