Emily Chen - Senior Manager, Human Resources Chen has worldwide responsibility for CSOFT’s strategic human resources initiatives, practices and operations for the company’s network of employees. She oversees the design and implementation of HR programs, focused on getting the right resources and keep personnel performing at optimal levels to achieve company goals. Chen previously served as the Senior Officer of Public Relations & Human Relations at Volkswagen China for more than 4 years. She also worked as the Senior Manager of Human Relations & Administration for EU-China Training Program (NGO). Chen has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master's degree in Labor Economics from Capital University of Economics and Trade.
